Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beavly, a service operated by MB Dropkeyz ("Beavly," "we," "us"), based in Lithuania. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What Beavly is

Beavly lets a social media manager, agency, or independent creator ("you," "account holder") connect Instagram Business or Creator accounts to track performance metrics in one dashboard and generate branded PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, and CSV reports. Access to a connected account is read-only - Beavly never posts, messages, or changes anything on a connected account's behalf.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it, including keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to use Instagram/Meta's platforms under their own terms.

3. Connecting Instagram accounts

You are responsible for having the right to connect an Instagram account to Beavly - for example, either being the account's own owner, or having an existing agreement with a client authorizing you to manage or report on their account. The account holder themselves completes Instagram's own authorization screen to grant this access; Beavly never accesses an account without that explicit authorization.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and free trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis, tiered by how many client accounts you manage. Current plans and pricing are shown on the Billing page and are subject to change with notice.

4.1 Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

4.2 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access an Instagram account you're not authorized to manage or report on
• Circumvent Instagram's or Meta's own terms and policies
• Resell, sublicense, or provide Beavly to third parties without our agreement
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use Beavly for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual property

Beavly and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by MB Dropkeyz. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Beavly for your own or your clients' Instagram reporting while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the Instagram data and reports generated for your own accounts and clients.

7. Instagram/Meta platforms

Beavly is an independent product and is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Your use of a connected Instagram account through Beavly is also governed by Instagram's and Meta's own terms and policies.

8. Termination

You may stop using Beavly and delete your connected accounts and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated, or if required to comply with Meta's platform policies (for example, if a connected account's data must be deleted per a Meta Data Deletion Request).

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Beavly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Instagram metrics originate from Meta's own APIs, and we're not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or changes Meta makes to them. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beavly and MB Dropkeyz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Beavly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beavly and MB Dropkeyz harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your connecting an Instagram account you weren't authorized to manage.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of Beavly after a change means you accept the update.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Beavly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Beavly regarding the Service.
